Neuro Smart has honestly changed my life. I struggled with dizzy spells due to anxiety and low vitamin B levels. I have been on Neuro Smart for 3 – 4 years now and I don’t struggle with any symptoms anymore! To have the blessing of health in my mind and body is humbling and I am truly, truly thankful for Live Smart.

At age 12 I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and told weight loss would be hard, and exercise would be something I could not do. I started going to Live Smart in 2019 and since then my insulin intake is down to minimal, I run 6 times a week and have lost more than 10kg. I am overwhelmed with emotion when I think of how Luke and the Live Smart Team have supported me and always had a positive response to everything I was going through.

For a period of around 20 years, I suffered with severe migraines. I could not get through a weekend without at least 3 migraine packs. Never in my wildest dreams would I ever have believed I would be able to embrace life with no pain and no tablets. Thank you to Luke and Live Smart for giving me a new life, I am forever grateful.

The stress of the pandemic and looting left me with zero motivation, weight gain and anxiety. I tried to resolve on my own, but nothing was working. My journey with Live Smart took a lot of commitment and it has had its ups and downs, but I am so grateful that they were a part of the process. Luke keeps you motivated and is with you every step of the way. I have lost 65kg so far and with continued support, I will reach my end goal.
