Shipping Policy
At Live Smart we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for important information about delivery times and conditions.
Delivery Times
- Main Durban Areas: 1 working day.
- Outlying Areas in Durban: 2 – 3 working days.
- Outside of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN): 1 – 3 working days.
Important Notes
- Working Days: Delivery times calculated are based on working days (Monday to Friday). No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Peak Times: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays, sales, or special promotions.
Address Information
- To ensure your order is processed as efficiently as possible, please provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00. The courier service cannot provide specific delivery times. If you are unlikely to be at home during these hours, please provide an alternative address when ordering products.
Additional Information
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Live Smart is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company.
